Do I live in the same country as these people? I guess it really is a matter of perspective. Lord knows that the news doesn't hold up to this man's perspective. And I don't know about anyone else, but I think the unreliable tactics of governance through fear have proven themselves wholly disreputable. I'm not exactly one to cling to fluffy pink clouds of hope, but this constantly living on the brink of disaster is really draining. And if these rich assholes would actually put some money into this nation building concept of theirs rather than just financing the force involved to topple the regimes that suit us economically then maybe we could actually turn some of this worldwide hate into respect. But no, we just want to show them the boot, and then leave them to clean off the shit that we leave behind.

America can't go it alone. That should be our whole objective ... building a world community. But these men want us as isolated as possible.
