Conundrum . . .
I can't find a link, but I just saw on the news that some kids somewhere made video of themselves having sex with each other.
Now, first of all, I'm not shocked in the least.
Secondly, they were charging their peers $5 to view the tape.
The charges being wrought upon the participants are all about promoting and displaying child pornography.
Now, the question comes to me . . . if this content featuring minors engaged in sexual acts is only shown to minors, than doesn't it negate itself?
I mean . . . in China they just call it food.
I'm not saying there's anything right about this, shit happens, but I am wondering exactly how much of an issue this actually is -- and it does stink a bit of going after the crime boss for his tax records.
I mean, let's face it, kids are stupid, and that's okay.
