Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan said in an interview on Lebanese television on Wednesday.
"Just after September 11, the first liar, the No. 1 liar, Bush, appeared and said Iraq has a connection with al Qaeda," he said. "Every investigation has shown that not even by coincidence has one Iraqi citizen been involved with September 11."

The time for despotic rule has come to an end. As far as I'm concerned, an isolationist nation is a dead nation. We should either cut off all ties with those nations, as well as cut off ties with the nations that support them, or we should get in for the long haul of regime changes all the way up the ladder from Afghanistan to China.
